By using the Nisba app and platform you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Account: You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Orders and pricing: Prices, offers, taxes, and delivery fees may change. An order is confirmed after successful payment via the selected method.
3. Delivery and pickup: Delivery times are estimates and depend on the store, location, and order. For pickup you must arrive within the selected window.
4. Cancellation and refunds: Cancellations and refunds follow the relevant store policy and Nisba’s policy in effect at the time of the order.
5. Acceptable use: Misuse, fraud, or harm to the service or other users is prohibited.
6. Intellectual property: All rights in the brand, content, and software belong to Nisba or its partners.
7. Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and its courts have jurisdiction over disputes.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
